Everything in this Terms of Service agreement is enforceable by Jersey Design Company (jerseydesign.co.uk) and any surrounding or internal companies through jerseydesign.co.uk at any time.
COPYRIGHT / STOCK USEAGE
Any company or person(s) which approaches Jersey Design Company with reason for copyright or misuse are within their rights to raise complaint with Jersey Design Company as well as strike down any work which Jersey Design Company staff have completed which falls under copyright terms or misuse. If a client has already been issued work with copyrighted material the copyrightee are authorised to open a claim with Jersey Design Company or surrounding parties and payment licensing will be paid in full if approved.
Jersey Design Company does not use stock images found through the interent, however if the stock images have been provided by the client(s) to use and the images are copyrighted. Jersey Design Company is not liable for this and any claims made will be forwarded to clients invoice email address/contact email address and details will be handed over to the claimant with no hesitation. The client will also be charged by jerseydesign.co.uk for an charges that Jersey Design Co has incurred due to the claim and if not paid within 14 days the amount will be handed to a debt collection agency.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
If a customer/client wishes to cancel an invoice which has not yet been paid they can do so by contacting Jersey Design Company at email@example.com and the invoice will be cancelled within 2 working days. If a customer/client wishes to cancel an invoice which partial payment has been made. This can again be cancelled without further payments being made by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any payments that have been made to Jersey Design Company (jerseydesign.co.uk) will not be refunded at any time, this includes, cancellation of a partially or fully paid invoice.
Sponsor Update service can be cancelled at anytime, however no refund will be issued for months where which the service has or has not been used. Once the cancellation has been processed, no further payments will be taken.
To request a change to design(s) customers must either contact us via our website contact us page (https://jerseydesign.co.uk/contact) or alternatively email our support team directly by email via email@example.com.
If a customer/client requires a sponsorship updated under the 'Sponsor Update' service. This will need to be communicated through email at firstname.lastname@example.org, sponsor updates will be completed on a 5 working day turnaround.
Jersey Design Co reserve the right to cancel, stop or change any sponsorship agreements/contracts where which the organisation or company have failed to comply with the minimum requirements set out by Jersey Design Co.
Jersey Design Co also reserve the right to cancel, stop or change any sponsorship agreements/contracts where which the organisation or company have intentionally or unintentionally attempted to defame or damage the Jersey Design Co brand
Free products provided by the Jersey Design Company in relation to sponosrship will be watermarked with the Jersey Design Co logo on 1 location of choice by the sponsored organisation or company unless previously agreed by the Jersey Design Company.
Jersey Design Company, Jersey Design Co, the Jersey Design Company designs are the exclusive property of Jersey Design Company and are protected by trade dress and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws (including in your country of residence). Jersey Design Company hereby expressly reserves all rights, including, without limitation, all trademark rights, in and to the Jersey Design Company Marks. All other trademarks appearing on the Jersey Design Company Service are the property of Jersey Design Company, affiliates of Jersey Design Company, or their respective owners. Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Jersey Design Company, you agree that nothing in this Agreement gives you a right to use any of the Jersey Design Company Marks or any of Jersey Design Company’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
